**Role Synopsis** The Electrical Technician oversees and executes electrical and automation installations for projects, ensuring systems are designed, commissioned, and maintained to industry standards as well as troubleshooting and repairs for existing systems. This role manages project delivery, collaborates with cross-functional teams, interprets technical drawings, and provides hands-on troubleshooting. The technician ensures compliance with NEC, API, IEC, and ISA standards, performs preventive and emergency maintenance, and supports upgrades and modifications to enhance operational reliability and safety. **Key Accountabilities** + Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical and automation installation and commissioning activities for oil and gas projects. + Oversee the design, installation, and testing of power distribution systems (480V-15kV), motor control centers (MCCs), PLC panels, and control systems. + Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. + Interface with engineering, operations, and construction teams to align project objectives and deliverables. + Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings, one-line diagrams, and control logic schematics. + Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation loops, and communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.). + Ensure installations meet NEC, API, IEC, and ISA standards relevant to hazardous (classified) areas. + Participate in stakeholder meetings, progress reporting, and project close-out documentation. + Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance on electrical systems, including switchgear, MCCs, transformers, VFDs, and lighting. + Identify and repair electrical faults, overheating issues, grounding problems, and insulation breakdowns. + Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life. + Maintain power distribution and grounding systems in compliance with NEC and company standards. + Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in motors, pumps, compressors, PLC systems, and process equipment. + Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, meggers, and thermal imaging cameras to locate faults. + Perform emergency repairs during unplanned shutdowns and restore systems to full operation. + Ensure all work meets Class I, Division 1/2 or Zone 0-2 hazardous area electrical standards. + Work with engineers and supervisors to support equipment upgrades, retrofits, and control modifications. **Essential Experience and Education** + 7+ years in oil & gas operations + Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred + Strong decision-making, independent work, and communication skills. + Proficient in power distribution systems (480V-15kV), motor control centers (MCCs), PLC panels, and control systems **Work Schedule** + Ability to work 14/14 rotational schedule and 12-hour shifts **Work Location** + Orla, TX How much do we pay (Base) $111,000-$131,000. Medical Equipment Technician Medical Equipment Technicians are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients. Job Duties: * Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company and all * applicable governmental regulations. * Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures. * Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting. * Complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery or pickups as required. * Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions. * Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner. * Promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate. * Develop basic reimbursement knowledge and completely document all information necessary to ensure * reimbursement for all appropriate equipment, products, and services. * Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company policies. * Maintain home oxygen systems through regularly scheduled visits to customers. * Safely drive and maintain company vehicle. * Perform patient assessment and re-assessment for patient care. * Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with * company policies. * Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and * procedures. * Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company. * Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours in accordance with company policy. * Retain knowledge of and consistently adhere to procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), * infection control and hazardous materials handling. * Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA. * Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required. * Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program * Responsible for cleaning equipment when assigned by supervisor or down time allows, following the Branch * Maintenance and Cleaning Guidelines * Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Job Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalency * Entry level sales, customer service background essential * One (1) year of Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be * considered related experience and preferred. * Senior level requires two (2) years of work-related experience and one (1) year of exact job experience. * Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence Physical Demands and Work Environment: * Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. * Must be able to stretch, bend, stoop and crouch and perform moderate to heavy physical labor while moving equipment and supplies. * Subject to long periods of sitting and driving. * Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall work activities and work levels fluctuate. * May be exposed to unsanitary conditions in some home settings. * May be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme heat/cold, direct, or indirect contact with airborne, bloodborne, and/or other potentially infectious pathogen. * May be exposed to high crime areas within the service community. * Must be able to drive independently and travel as needed. * May be exposed to angry or irate customers. * Must be able to access the patient's residence without assistance. * Mental alertness to perform the essential functions of position. * Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers with the ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy. Completes distribution calls within allotted time standards. Delivers and/ or sets up required equipment at various patient care areas throughout the hospital in a safe and efficient manner. Reports to the nursing unit and notifies nursing staff or HUC of equipment being delivered and / or picked up and records delivery and / or pickup. Notifies dispatcher, lead, or manager by radio or phone of completion of assigned duties and proceeds as instructed. If a delay or problem occurs in delivery of equipment, technician will inform dispatcher, lead, or manager and proceed according to instructions issued. Returns equipment promptly to the Equipment Distribution department after pick-up and performs proper cleaning and infection control procedures per hospital policy and manufacturer specifications. Performs basic operational check on all equipment made ready for distribution. Inspects equipment for current and up-to-date preventive maintenance and delivers any out-of-date items to Clinical Engineering. Makes rounds on multiple patient units at least three times per shift daily. Knows the process to report broken equipment, also generate a work request, and delivers it to the proper area for repair. Participates in in-service education sessions and related to training to increase personal knowledge of specific work-related issues and personal development. Responds to customers (hospital staff and physicians) requests in a professional, helpful and timely manner in person and on the telephone. Provides directions and other helpful information to visitors and others while performing distribution duties. Follows departmental / hospital policies and procedures, rules and regulations. Role Synopsis: The Communications Specialist is responsible for ensuring reliable communication and visual monitoring across the Permian Business Unit. The technician installs, configures, and maintains advanced radio networks and camera systems, integrating them with SCADA, control rooms, and IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain radio communication systems in addition to industrial camera systems, including TropOS's suite of radios, Cambium PTP and PTMP systems, fixed PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom), thermal, infrared, and specialty process monitoring cameras. Monitor and maintain SuprOS NMS system. Run and terminate cabling (fiber optic, Cat5/6) and ensure proper connections with control systems, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring software Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, interference issues, and connectivity problems. Diagnose and repair camera malfunctions, image quality issues, connectivity problems, and power supply failures. Assist with scheduling and planning of Development new drill facilities and infrastructure installations. Calibrate and adjust lenses, focus, exposure, and integration with industrial monitoring systems (SCADA, control rooms, safety systems). Work with IT teams to integrate cameras into networks, ensuring cybersecurity and reliable data transmission. Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and system upgrades to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards. Calibrate and align RF systems using specialized test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, watt meters, and service monitors. Support the integration of communication systems with industrial control systems, SCADA, and safety networks. Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and system configurations. Ensure compliance with FCC regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Provide technical support and training to end users on proper operation of radio equipment. Essential Experience and Education:7+ years in oil & gas operations, control center, or SCADA/field tech roles preferred. Knowledge of production systems, midstream operations, and alarm management. Strong decision-making, independent work, and communication skills. Proficient in real-time data systems (SCADA, PI, CygNet, etc. ). Ability to work 12-hour shifts How much do we pay (Base) $104,000-$122,000.
