Job Requirements

Ability to perform wiring tasks such as cutting, crimping, screwing, drilling, and measuring
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings

About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced IT Internal Controls Tester to join our dedicated internal controls testing team. Schedule preventative maintenance programs as assigned by management.

Replace defective breaker controls, thermostats, switches, lighting components, fuses and basic electrical wiring, etc.

Valid firefighting certification preferred.

General Job Description: Electronic Monitoring Technician
A key member of the Customer Service Team, the Electronic Monitoring Technician, will report to the Senior Account Manager. This position maintains close, continuous support of account to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through systematic customer contact, training activities and implementation of new programs and requirements. Actively works with on-site Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to identify growth opportunities through the increased use of Track Group's continuum of products and services, as well as the day-to-day interaction with the agency's staff. Provides programmatic assistance to allow each customer to operate an effective program with high satisfaction levels. Duties and Responsibilities are subject to change upon business requirements. This position is located in our Philadelphia, PA office, and is a hands-on financial accounting position.
Duties:
· Daily Operations
o Setting up offender profiles, completing schedules, establishing GeoRules
o Activation/Installation of GPS Devices
o Unarchiving past offenders when necessary
o Advise in monitoring offender profiles, identifying daily alerts and providing reports to Probation Officers (if needed)
o Remove equipment once completed on the program, deactivate/uninstall offender profile, clean and test equipment for re-use
o Assist GPS Probation staff in day-to-day GPS related needs
o Basic understanding of the client's processes
o On call for various weekend/holiday service needs
· Inventory
o Maintain adequate inventory of GPS devices and equipment on-site
o Communicate with On-Site Account manager of any inventory needs
o Triaging and Repairing malfunctioning device/cuffs
o Photograph and return any damaged devices
o Maintain a log of all activations and deactivations at location
· Internal Roles
o Work in a copacetic manner to coordinate and communicate with on-site Account Manager as a team
o Assist with Senior Account Manager's on-site needs
o Identify and report opportunities, issues, and concerns
