Role Snapshot Operate plating and cleaning processes to protect and enhance metal components. Use proper PPE 100% of the time while handling/mixing acids and plating chemicals. Adhere to documented procedures and complete records (e.g., WEPM6001, WEPM8006). Control bath chemistry-titrations, tank balance, and temperature checks. Prepare parts: load into baskets/racks and move through chemical and rinse stages. Dry, inspect, and confirm parts meet quality criteria; rework if nonconforming. Perform preventative maintenance and tank cleaning when required. Work with peers to achieve efficiency and quality objectives. Notify supervision of chemical reorder points and any urgent issues.
