Paul possesses extensive experience with the Company, has senior responsibilities for our overall business, and has been instrumental in promoting our strategic advances. His in-depth knowledge of our operations includes the integration of acquired companies and a proven understanding of the challenges facing the Company in all aspects of the business cycle.
