Serves as a professional and technical role model for staff. Assists in teaching students, residents, fellows and new employees. Assists with workflow and scheduling and rescheduling of exams when necessary. Assists with equipment service needs (Preventative Maintenance and repair) when management is not present, or as delegated. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of clinical indications and all procedures performed. Independently perform all cardiovascular diagnostic examinations within ARDMS scope of practice. Independently perform high skill level cardiovascular ultrasound exams Completes findings for each exam. Confirms the necessary information is present according to IAC standards and lab protocols.
