Qualifications

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies: black box, white box, functional, system, exploratory, and automated testing.
Experience with Test Automation Frameworks such as Appium or Selenium.
Proven track record in creating comprehensive test plans and test cases for custom software.
Experience testing web applications, web APIs, and data-driven applications.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test suites.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery environments.
Experience with cloud platforms and service-oriented architectures (SOA) is a plus.

Provide dedicated support to AV/VTCs attended by Very Important Persons (VIPs).
Recommend upgrades to AV/VTC systems.
Provide version control and provisioning via a Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) for AV/VTC CODECs.
Install flat panel displays, room based AV/VTC endpoints, projectors, and AV equipment.
Resolve issues down to the equipment level (black box).
Manage, maintain, and post a daily MSL and shift change procedures.
Schedule, configure, and connect users to DISA GVS and DVS conferences.
Train designated personnel on the operation of AV/VTC equipment.
Potential to work shifts during exercises.

At least four years of experience supporting and troubleshooting AV/VTCs equipment in Government environment, as well as troubleshooting and fixing AV/VTC hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the staging and compounding of raw materials within weight tolerances (e.G. Micrograms to kilograms), milling, blending, aseptic liquid filling, process control monitoring and documentation of such procedures for manufacturing dehydrated culture media and liquid media in accordance with production schedules following the appropriate GMP and department procedures
Completes all required documentation neatly, accurately, and in accordance with GMP.
Performs cleaning, inspection, calibration and assists in the maintenance of equipment. Maintains related logs and records. Performs equipment troubleshooting.
Handles raw materials per GMP and Safety requirements.
Uses equipment such as pipettors, balances, osmometer, turbidimeter and pH meters.
Ensure that tasks are performed in a safe and responsible manner to create an injury free and incident free workplace
Required to follow through on assigned responsibilities and able to function under supervision.
Responsible for promoting positive team environment through good communications and team engagement.
May be required to work overtime.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
