We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO analyst, to support our Program Management Office (PMO) in defining and maintaining schedules, task/board management, and program controls monitoring and maintenance. Primary Duties & Responsibilities The Supplier Development Engineer will provide subject matter expertise to increase the capability of our high-risk, critical, and strategic suppliers, improving cost, quality, and timeliness of delivered products to Coherent. Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for completing technical analytical assessments and reports to identify supplier quality and performance issues within current supply base as well as evaluation of potential future suppliers. Evaluate manufacturing producibility onsite at our most critical suppliers, improving overall supplier capability by driving drawing and process changes which enhance performance and reduce cost. SDE will be accountable for expected supplier performance improvement through creation and management of formal Supplier Development Plans. The Level II Inspector will be responsible for setup, calibration, and operation of immersion ultrasonic equipment, selection of appropriate techniques, and interpretation and evaluation of inspection results to determine conformance and detect discontinuities. Element Materials Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NDT FPI Inspector (3rd Shift) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will perform nondestructive testing using Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) techniques in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications, and standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring product integrity and quality in support of our aerospace and industrial customers. Salary: $20.50 - $26.50/hr DOE + shift differential Hours: 11pm - 7:30am Responsibilities Perform Fluorescent Penetrant Inspections (FPI) in accordance with customer specifications, procedures, and applicable standards. Interpret and evaluate test results to determine conformance to acceptance criteria. Accurately document inspection results, nonconformances, and associated data. Conduct pre- and post-cleaning operations to prepare parts for inspection. Set up, calibrate, and verify equipment performance as required.
