A longtime leader in the technology sector, Muse has held a variety of leadership roles at companies such as Aspen Technology, IBM, SAIC and others. He holds an MBA from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

As Elemica’s innovation leader, Samuga puts his longtime focus on supply chain technology to work for the company and its clients-though his undergraduate work was actually in aerospace engineering. He holds an MBA from Georgia State.

McAluney brings growth and opportunity to Elemica and its clients through his proven leadership in the commercial technology sector. He is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Kilroy manages the Elemica employee experience. She holds a dual BA degree in Psychology and Sociology from Loyola University, New Orleans, as well as an MEd from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgia State.

Lavelle provides stewardship of Elemica's finance and accounting activities worldwide. Prior to joining the company, Lavelle held senior financial leadership positions at companies including Encompass Digital Media, Linq3 Technologies, CDC Software International and UPS. He’s a graduate of the University of Scranton.

I am an experienced SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE with a track record of building high-performing teams to deliver on-time and high-quality enterprise software. I have managed large projects with multiple technologies and geographic locations, in both cloud and on-premise deployment models. I enjoy defining corporate and departmental strategic initiatives, and then creating organizational structures and operational plans supporting those initiatives. I use strong collaboration and communication skills to work inside and across departments to ensure goals and objectives are understood and achieved. I have practical experience with a variety of agile software development methodologies and techniques. My core competencies include Technology Leadership, Executive Management, Developing People, and Communication. I also have significant supply chain domain experience in a variety of vertical markets, including retail, ecommerce, and third party logistics.
