Then here is a GREAT 2nd shift PART-TIME opportunity in Sheboygan providing community-based residential support for individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders. Staff are responsible for overseeing the care and safety of individuals at this 10 bed facility. Support individuals stabilization after a crisis by providing supportive skill development, therapeutic groups, and direct client care. Benefits for FULL TIME: differential pay for evenings, nights and weekends, sick time, EAP, Free CBRF certification, in-service trainings. Starting Salary Range: $17-20, based on education and experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Experience in adult care, mental health or alcohol and drug abuse services, preferred
- Caring and person-centered approach
- Valid Driver's License and eligibility to be covered by Elevate insurance coverage required to drive Elevate vehicles

- The Mental Health Professional partners with law enforcement, community service providers, and other first responders to provide trauma-sensitive, person-centered crisis intervention and de-escalation, assessment, support planning, and connection with community resources to individuals experiencing a crisis in the community. The Mental Health Professional provides outreach, follow-up, and community support for those impacted by mental health and substance use. Services may include assessments and intervention of children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Work Location: Elevate Office 1426 N. 5th Street, Sheboygan, WI
Pay Range: $23-$28/hour
Shift Differential: Monday-Friday $1.50/hour (3rd shift) Saturday & Sunday $3.00/hour (3rd shift)
Hours: Full and Part Time for all shifts
Sign on Bonus: $1,200
Sign On Bonus Policy:
50% of the bonus will be paid on the second paycheck after the applicant becomes an Elevate employee.
The remaining 50% will be paid on the first payroll after the employee completes their 6 months of employment as well as no disciplinary actions during the time of employment.
If the employee leaves for any reason prior to one year of service, he or she will be required to repay a prorated amount of the second 50% of the bonus. They will not be required to pay back any portion of the first 50% of the bonus.

Essential Functions:
Respond to crisis calls for services in the community responding to crisis calls, completing crisis intervention for ongoing clients, case management and coordination of care, as well as interfacing with first responders.
Develops crisis plan when necessary to support the individual.
Provide follow-up contacts in individuals engaged with emergency services.
Collaborate with internal partners (law enforcement, dispatch, county) to facilitate communication, effective response, and improve service delivery.
Act as a liaison for community resources.
Utilize a trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and zero suicide approach when working with individuals and their supports.
Initiate Chapter 51 and Chapter 55 actions when indicated and may coordinate admissions.
Determines appropriate level of safety planning and/or treatment referrals, approves emergency detentions, and authorizes inpatient behavioral health/detoxification.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and data collection.
May provide transportation to and from emergency departments or treatment facilities as needed.
Maintain training, education, and best practice requirements, per WI Chapter 34 as well as any credentials held by the individual.
Qualified applicants will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health or related field required.
Knowledge of behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring diagnoses.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience or training in crisis intervention, preferred.
Ability to demonstrate cultural competence.
Strong understanding and implementation of self-care practices.
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws, rules & regulations affecting Crisis Intervention.
Ability to collaborate and work as a part of an interdisciplinary team.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and a commitment to and passion for Elevate's mission.

Data collection throughout the day - if a child doesn't learn the way we teach, we teach the way they learn!
Providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism - we make it fun!

Writing summaries about working with the child and progress

Requirements
Someone with a high school diploma or higher with a desire to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis
Someone with basic understanding of technology (such as iPads and Microsoft Office)
Someone who can be coached and wants to be a role model for young children
Someone physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly, jog, or run short distances, stand up on feet for a minimum 15 mins, and lift up to 50 pounds

Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist.
Location: 1230 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite B-10, Marietta, GA 30068
Salary: $39,520 to $52,000 per year, depending on experience working in applied behavior analysis.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm

Apollo Behavior is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence that is looking for aspiring RBTs and experienced behavior therapists / RBTs to join our team in Marietta, Georgia! Our therapists help children with autism achieve their full potential in our center-focused applied behavior analysis program in the metro Atlanta area.
We strive to do phenomenal clinical work and be a phenomenal place to work. We are dedicated to hiring the best team members and providing them with the resources to ensure they and our clients succeed. Our BCBAs have low billable hour requirements with very manageable and ethical caseloads. Our RBTs are well paid and provided with excellent ongoing training. We are dedicated to ensuring that our team enjoys a fun, collaborative, non-bureaucratic culture and maintains a healthy work-life balance.
All of our therapists become RBTs within 3-4 weeks of joining the company. As an RBT, you will provide one on one therapy based on the scientific principles of applied behavior to children with autism, primarily in a clinic-based setting.
