RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and lead ideation, planning, and prep meetings for video projects across eKidz and NextGen initiatives. Build, manage, and communicate shoot timelines, calendars, and task tracking for all creative team members involved. Maintain clear alignment on project goals, deadlines, expectations, and deliverables. Work directly with the Videographer and Creative Director to secure locations, props, wardrobe, talent, craft services, and all other necessary logistics for the shoot. Oversee on-site execution of assigned shoots, ensuring roles are clear, timelines are met, and the experience is smooth for everyone involved. Serve as the primary point of contact for all production needs on filming days. Coordinate and manage releases, documentation, permits, and safety requirements as needed. Manage and track project budgets, ensuring expenses stay within approved limits. Handle purchasing, reconciling expenses, submitting invoices, and credit card reports accurately and on time. Support communication with our distributor, ensuring they have the information and vision needed for all projects and releases. Analytics Analyzes music-related data and prepares/maintains weekly performance reports. Dates for Summer 2026: May 18th - August 9th Elevation interns will be given exposure to ministry here at Elevation Church while practicing spiritual disciplines and the foundations of walking with the Lord. Along with spiritual and personal development, Interns will be taught our practical values in ministry and some essential principles of our church. They will spend time growing in Christ as a class, as well as learning from and contributing to their individual department. Each role looks a little bit different, but overall they are given the opportunity to be a valued member of the Elevation team while they are here.

Train production staff to use live production technologies in our worship experiences effectively. Lead the broadcast tech team to manage and maintain all gear for local and remote broadcasts. Facilitate service, maintenance, and upgrades of live production equipment. Work closely with other members of the Live Production Department to identify and explore opportunities for greater impact. Assist with non-broadcast church and departmental events (as needed). The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church. WHAT TO EXPECT: Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from August 10 to December 24). You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development. You'll collaborate and work closely with campus teams. You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model. This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC. RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member. Assist with the overall leadership of the campus, executing the vision of the church.
