RESPONSIBILITIES Be a leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and upholding worship experience standards. Assist in the overall leadership of the campus, creating, planning, and executing production for all campus-specific events, including outreach events, volunteer meetings/rallies, baptisms, youth events, etc. Oversee all Production volunteers, training, structures, and systems. Create and build creative elements and sermon illustrations as necessary. Maintain the campus's technical equipment and work with the central AV/Tech Department for repairs and upgrades. Assist in the production execution of all non-weekend special events as needed (weekly run-throughs and all-church events). Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the area you oversee. Work alongside animators, AI artists, designers, and videographers to assemble full episodes of children's programming. Set up project files, synced media, and timeline structures to streamline editing workflows. Maintain an organized server and media structure, ensuring all eKidz assets are easy to find, share, and archive. Design and animate motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other visual elements. Partner with videographers and producers to support location, prop, and wardrobe needs for shoots. Help build and light sets for eKidz productions. Operate DSLR or cinema-style cameras to capture supplemental or primary video content. Support the Creative Director and Video Producer in executing live streams and live events. Dates for Summer 2026: May 18th - August 9th Elevation interns will be given exposure to ministry here at Elevation Church while practicing spiritual disciplines and the foundations of walking with the Lord. Along with spiritual and personal development, Interns will be taught our practical values in ministry and some essential principles of our church. They will spend time growing in Christ as a class, as well as learning from and contributing to their individual department. Each role looks a little bit different, but overall they are given the opportunity to be a valued member of the Elevation team while they are here.

Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun! You can't help but grow on our staff. You'll be around some incredible people.
