RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Media Team to plan, develop, and execute visual content that aligns with the global ministry of Elevation Church Design graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs Provide visual content that enhances the church's online presence and engages both the congregation and our eFam Ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the communication goals of campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead development of new features in our Flutter mobile application Architect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions in collaboration with backend and product teams Optimize app performance, offline handling, and error recovery Consume and design integrations with our custom GraphQL API Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews Collaborate on mobile release processes, CI/CD automation, and store deployments Ensure code quality, reliability, and adherence to best practices MUST-HAVES Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) 3-6 years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 1-2 years in Flutter (or ability to ramp up quickly if coming from React Native or similar) Proven experience shipping apps to iOS and/or Android app stores Proficiency in integrating with APIs (GraphQL strongly preferred) Solid grasp of mobile app architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM) Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows Ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to delivery NICE-TO-HAVES Prior experience migrating apps from another framework to Flutter Strong GraphQL expertise (queries, mutations, subscriptions) Knowledge of performance profiling and debugging tools Experience with implementing a data layer with eventing, using a CDP such as Twilio Segment Understanding of accessibility and internationalization in mobile apps Previous mentoring or team leadership experience DAY-TO-DAY We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing & Campaign Project Management Execute marketing plans for artist releases and tours by translating strategy into tasks and timelines in our project management system (Asana). Oversee project setup, asset requests, and delivery, working closely with the other Project Managers and Creative Team to ensure assets are created on time Ensure teams are equipped with approved assets, copy, visuals, and deadlines. Collaborate with artists, vendors, and internal teams to support the smooth execution of campaigns and email marketing. Help track campaign performance as needed to the EWR Marketing Manager and Label Director Be the liaison between other departments for marketing needs - communication and email team, programming team, Web Development, eGroups, etc. Build relationships with creatives as well as other departments to ensure effective communication and processes Event & Gift Coordination Assist in planning and executing marketing events (e.g., album release parties, radio tours, summits) Coordinate event logistics-including communication with vendors and purchasing food, décor, and supplies.
