Summary/Objective:
The Vice President of Wealth Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the Elevations Credit Union's Wealth Management team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and trust services to members, while ensuring alignment with the credit union's mission and values.
Essential Functions include:
Develop and execute the strategic vision for Wealth Management by identifying market opportunities, staying informed on industry trends and regulatory developments, and aligning goals with Elevations Credit Union's mission, values, and growth objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of financial professionals through coaching and performance management, while actively contributing to organizational leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Establish career paths and succession planning to support a long-term strategy for client transition and support.
Monitor and manage the performance of the Wealth Management portfolio and metrics, establish revenue targets and asset growth, and oversee vendor partnerships.
Increase the visibility and reputation of Wealth Management through internal marketing, retail referral integration, and external community engagement at industry events and functions.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Series 7 and 66 required or obtained within 6 months of acceptance.

6 years leadership experience
10+ years' experience in field of wealth management

The Associate Vice President Member Experience leads and enhances the end‑to‑end member experience across all touchpoints (branch, contact center, digital). This role designs strategy, translates member insights into action, and drives operational excellence to improve member satisfaction, member loyalty, and member value. They advance the Voice of the Member program, lead quality assurance and coaching enablement, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver a seamless experience while fostering a member‑first culture.

Develop & execute the member experience strategy & roadmap aligned to business goals
Lead Voice of the Member (VoM): NPS/OSAT/MES, surveys, text analytics, complaints, closed loop action (member feedback, staff feedback forms)
Partner with Continuous Improvement team on member journey mapping & service design to identify pain points while driving process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), SOP updates, and change management for MX initiatives
Manage experience audits, quality monitoring, scorecards, and coaching enablement
Communicate insights & results (dashboards, readouts, business cases) to senior leadership
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports
Collaborate with the Member Experience Advisory Committee to test and refine concepts
Manage MX tech/tools (survey platform, CRM/MRM, QA systems) & vendor relationships

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong qualitative/quantitative skills; ability to analyze, synthesize, and translate insights into actions; proficiency with Excel/Power BI/Tableau (or similar).
Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (DMAIC/Kaizen) applied to service delivery.

Summary/Objective

Summary/Objective:
The Application Development Manager is responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supporting both vendor-packaged and custom internal solutions that enhance the Credit Union's core banking platform (Symitar) and other enterprise applications, in line with our strategic plan and technology roadmap. This role leads the design, development, and delivery of business solutions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through technology. The manager oversees a team of core developers and collaborates with business units and internal IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions that meet the organization's operational needs, utilizing software delivery best practices. In addition to possessing excellent problem-solving abilities, strong software engineering discipline, and knowledge in Symitar PowerOn. The Application Development Manager must be an initiator who is self-motivated, creative, agile, and accountable. They must balance efficiency with effectiveness and have strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions Include:
Manages and supervises the core development team distributed across scrum teams and business lines. Responsibilities include overseeing resource administration, planning, allocation, and organization as needed.
Works closely with the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) on team delivery and attends appropriate stakeholder ceremonies.
Creates a supportive team-oriented work climate that enables project and resource team members to develop professionally; and that values diversity, promotes teamwork and collaboration, and emphasizes quality, customer satisfaction, creativity, and cost-effectiveness.
Demonstrates expertise and leadership in, design and development concepts, practices, procedures, and governance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient software solutions.
Implement processes for continuous improvement of application management practices. Seeks feedback from users, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies areas for enhancement or innovation.
Defines design patterns, reviews code, and ensures that solutions adhere to Elevations' coding, compliance, and information security standards.
Works with external vendors for integrated solutions. Stays current with vendor strategic roadmaps to influence the health and currency of our application architecture.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience; B.S., Computer Science preferred.
Six (6) years' experience with financial institution technologies: Jack Henry (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU), MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, OpCon, etc.
Experience in software development methodologies, version control, and testing practices.
Experience in leadership and people management experience with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating team members on project and product delivery and career / professional development.
Ability to influence executive leadership.
Understands the principles of project management practices in an agile and iterative project management methodology.
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience developing, integrating and supporting core banking application (Symitar/PowerOn / RepGen).
Knowledge and experience with IBM's AIX operating system.
Knowledge in SQL development for relational databases, HTML, and Java Script.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and experience implementing engineering processes, procedures, and templates.

Summary/Objective:
The Senior Process Analyst serves as a champion of enterprise-wide performance excellence, leading complex process improvement initiatives that have significant impact across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and implementing advanced business process management strategies, mentoring process analysts and facilitators, and influencing decision-making. The Senior Process Analyst partners with leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensures alignment with long-term strategic goals, and leads enterprise-level projects that deliver measurable value to members and stakeholders. Lead transformational and innovative process improvement events across key business processes, resolving highly complex issues and maximizing value for members. Apply advanced facilitation techniques, change management strategies, and data drive decision making to ensure adoption and long-term success.
Influence and collaborate with leadership and process owners to optimize key process performance using data and deep organizational knowledge. Ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals to enable the achievement of strategic KPIs.
Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma certified individuals including Process Analysts, Facilitators, and yellow belts, building internal capability and fostering a culture of performance excellence.
Support the governance and evolution of the enterprise performance excellence framework, integrating best practices and ensuring sustainable value delivery to members and stakeholders. Prepare and present progress and realized results to senior leadership.
Continuously monitor the performance excellence landscape and financial industry trends to inform strategy and performance excellence initiatives.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

The Application Developer provides top quality solutions that meet application solution needs of Elevations Credit Union business line departments. Collaborates with third-party vendors to ensure the seamless implementation, maintenance, and support of software and hardware that integrates with Symitar and other applications.
Utilizes sound software development life cycle (SDLC) practices and accurately follows established procedures for delivering application solutions that support critical business strategies.
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Commits application configuration updates to stage / test environment and plans for rollbacks.
Troubleshoots issues and resolving incidents in support of existing production applications and initiates action to correct quality problems or notifies others of issues as appropriate.
Prepares documentation and provides user training on new system applications.
Facilitates architecture review and ensures that all architectural products are updated and maintained.

Summary/Objective:
The Vice President of Payments and Controls is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of key operational areas including Fraud Management, Payment Services, Card Claims, Document Management, Account Services, and Retail Controls. This role ensures that people, processes, and technology are optimized to support a secure, efficient, and member-centric digital environment.
The VP will lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute policies and procedures aligned with enterprise risk appetite, and manage fraud detection and incident response systems. This individual will collaborate across the organization to assess and mitigate enterprise risks, oversee vendor relationships, support financial planning, and drive continuous improvement across all functions. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for developing performance metrics, reporting to senior leadership and the board, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Essential Functions include:
Lead the Payments and Controls programs by ensuring people, processes, and technology are optimized for a digital environment that balances member experience with fraud risk and loss mitigation.
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of cross-functional teams, including career development, training, resource utilization, communications, engagement, and accountability.
Design and implement policies, procedures, and monitoring systems that align with member relationship strategies and enterprise risk appetite.
Manage fraud detection systems and initiate incident response processes to mitigate threats; analyze incidents and assess control effectiveness, reporting findings to Senior Leadership and the Board.
Provide effective leadership to program staff in alignment with organizational strategies and expectations including career development, training, resource utilization, communications, engagement, accountability, and oversight.

Summary/Objective:
Originates mortgage loans in an assigned territory; develops referral relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, and other sources in order to proactively solicit business and conduct sales-related activities, in order to meet specific loan volume origination goals. Summary/Objective
Solicits, develops and services a wide variety of commercial loans and products by working with members, prospective members, referral sources and internal sources in order to meet specific production and member growth goals.
