Delaware Elevator has an immediate need for Service Technicians to maintain, service, and repair Elevators in surrounding areas of Baltimore, MD.


Responsibilities:

  • Service, Repair. and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • We require a minimum of 5 years’ experience working independently as an Elevator Mechanic / Technician and hold valid elevator mechanic credentials – will consider state elevator license with additional years of experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
