What Do You Like About Working There?

Salary was exceptional compared to COL in Indianapolis. It is great working with so many bright, talented colleagues. The company is very, very employee focused and treats them exceptionally well-this is shown by the many benefits given to employees and how they treat retirees and those that they encourage to leave because of business climate. Show More

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

The company is very hierarchical, conservative, and clique-ish. W.r.t. Science jobs they tend to hire from top notch universities which tend to lead to a lack of diversity In Terms of how to approach problems. In addition, there's a tendency to have too many meetings where, rather than discussing “data”, the primary focus is to foster support for an already decided course of action. Show More
