Great community and people. Wonderful environment, amenities, benefits, and work-life balance
Pockets of siloed work areas and hard-to-navigate professional development
Bonus, pension, all the benefits, and continued education and info sharing.
Embraced my true self and focused on my strengths and capabilities and learning agility.
Great - but could use better middle management and empowerment at those levels. It can only get better with great people continuing to spearhead the business.
Great senior leaders with great inspirational visions.
Meets expectations.
Think we are headed in the right direction, though more intentional focus would be made to close the gaps in senior management, C-suite levels.
The people, the purpose of what we are trying to accomplish, and the community of champions who excel at their fields.
Salary was exceptional compared to COL in Indianapolis. It is great working with so many bright, talented colleagues. The company is very, very employee focused and treats them exceptionally well-this is shown by the many benefits given to employees and how they treat retirees and those that they encourage to leave because of business climate.
The company is very hierarchical, conservative, and clique-ish. W.r.t. Science jobs they tend to hire from top notch universities which tend to lead to a lack of diversity In Terms of how to approach problems. In addition, there's a tendency to have too many meetings where, rather than discussing “data”, the primary focus is to foster support for an already decided course of action.
Ability to work from home (dependant on job area)
I get left relatively alone. I've been there long enough to have a bit of unwritten seniority. There are some good people that work here.
The pay sucks, the management is horrible, and benefits are pretty much non-existant. There is very little ability to move up.
They're pretty flexible with work schedules and days off.
Great people, good environment, big campus with lots or perks...
