Responsibilities:
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and system performance.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to project planning activities including estimates, timelines, impact assessments, and ongoing status reporting.
Support SDLC compliance by preparing and maintaining documentation, work products, and design artifacts.
Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and participate in systems testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - review and validate defects, triage issues, and determine when change controls are required.
Assist in incident analysis and resolution of production issues and enhancement requests.
Prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and maintain organized project documentation.
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably in Auto, Homeowners, or Commercial Auto.
Experience supporting initiatives through the full systems development life cycle.
Demonstrated experience writing functional requirements, use cases, and process documentation.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in an onsite team environment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
