This role supports all ENA segments and corporate functions through financial planning, forecasting, advanced Excel-driven analysis, and high-volume data management. **What you'll be doing:**
+ Serve as a strategic partner to corporate departments, providing financial insights and recommendations.
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across ENA corporate functions.
+ Consolidate and analyze P&L results, explaining trends, variances, and drivers to segment and corporate leadership.
+ Act as a gatekeeper of financial accuracy during close, ensuring integrity across P&L, balance sheet, and segment-level reporting.
+ Support month-end through detailed review of trial balances, account mapping, reconciliations, and system data validation.
+ Manage and manipulate extremely large data sets (often 80k+ rows), ensuring proper mapping across group, segment, and corporate structures.
+ Create, enhance, and maintain ad hoc financial reports and dashboards to support leadership requests and emerging business needs.
+ Produce manual and automated Excel templates, models, and files used across FP&A and segment finance teams.
+ Build reporting solutions independently using advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, macros, named ranges, structured references, and cell linking across tabs/files.
+ Troubleshoot large variances and investigate anomalies using a structured, analytical approach.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to solve complex issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support BI reporting efforts using Power BI and BI360; interpret and refine canned reports and create supplemental analysis as needed.
**What we're looking for:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
+ 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
+ Expert-level Excel skills (tested during interview) including formulas, lookups, data transformation, pivot tables, linking files, building templates, and troubleshooting.
+ Proven ability to manage and analyze large data sets while maintaining extreme attention to detail.
+ Strong ability to independently structure problems, think critically, and create efficient analytical solutions.
+ Ability to produce ad hoc reporting quickly and accurately without relying on automated systems.
+ Strong communication skills-capable of "telling the story" behind the numbers for senior leadership.
+ Experience with ERP systems, master data structures, charts of accounts, and financial reporting tools.
+ Comfort working in a fast-paced, high‑urgency environment, especially during weeks 1-2 of close.
+ Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a flat, small, highly hands-on team.
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Experience in contract services, hospitality, foodservice, or other multi‑segment industries.
+ Experience with Planful, BI360, SAP/BFS, Smartsheet, or Anaplan.
+ Experience working with canned dashboards and supplementing them with manual analysis.

**Compensation Range**
Compensation for this role ranges from $110,000.00 to $125,000.00, commensurate with experience.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including variance analyses, forecasting, and budget-to-actual reviews.
Business Partnering & Strategic Insights

Identify and analyze key business drivers behind revenue misses, labor inefficiencies, cost overruns, and margin erosion, and present actionable strategies to address them.
Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to support decision-making through scenario modeling, profitability analysis, and financial impact assessments.
Dashboard Development & Data Visualization
Design and build Power BI dashboards that translate raw data into visual, easy-to-understand insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Continuously improve dashboard functionality and automate reporting workflows to increase visibility into pricing, labor, and inventory performance metrics.
Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing reporting to ensure stakeholders are informed on business trends and emerging risks.
Tools, Systems, & Process Improvement
Leverage Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (such as Great Plains), and Power BI to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements that improve data accuracy, reduce manual work, and accelerate reporting cycles.
What we're looking for:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Great Plains).

* Serves as representative/brand ambassador of the Chartwells team to senior clients in territory, and acts as escalation point
* Works with regional team members to ensure Sales and Retention process is smooth for all accounts (presentations, negotiations, etc.)
* Collaborates with key partners to support regional initiatives
* Ensures compliance with QA, policy, and USDA program requirements, along with completing all reporting on time
* Champions development in partnership with RVP within the region; conducts performance evaluations, along with succession planning, with focus on building multi-unit management skills; has full understanding of all roles in operation
* Owns the financial results/P&L for assigned territory, and works with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
* Ensures consistent and fair administration of all policies and procedures
* Recognizes and anticipates marketplace trends; participates in regional strategic planning meetings
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong background in senior leadership roles with exposure to contract/budget management, customer service, people development, food services, negotiations, etc.
* Has a proven track record of growing a business and leading teams, along with strong financial acumen
* Has ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately
* Shows expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communications (written and verbal) skills
* Champions the inclusion mindset, and is proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilient
* Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite

Job Summary
We are seeking full time Clinical Dietitians to join our nutrition teams in acute care medical centers with Christus Health in Texas!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population
* Follows all guidelines as outlined within the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual
* Complies with all regulatory standards to include federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies
* Trains and mentors patient services staff and interns as applicable
* Participates in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs
Qualifications:
* Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or CDR exam eligible
* Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
* One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred
* Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming
