What you'll be doing: - Be the strategic leader in the School Dining vertical to create a yearly strategic marketing and communication plan focusing on participation drivers, revenue generators, digital presence, customer satisfaction, communication tools and evaluating programs. - Evaluate and create strategic day part marketing plans. (Breakfast / Snack / Lunch / Dinner) - Public vs. Charter - Support our operations teams by helping to create the consumer experience, retention, and growth opportunities. - Evaluate key client marketing plans/materials relative to effectiveness and/or ROI and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes and guest satisfaction/engagement. - Contribute to the new site opening process by leading the marketing and communication plan of the implementation process and providing thought leadership over the consumer experience elements. - Support Business Development in creating marketing / communication plans for proposal content, in-unit examples, presentations and case studies. - Measuring and tracking marketing initiatives, programs and promotions executed in field. - Partner with the creative team supporting development of marketing collateral.
