Eliot is seeking an experienced, licensed RN or LPN, Nurse with experience assisting individuals with mental health and wellness needs to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge and experience with mental health, nutrition and medical care. Strong interpersonal skills that allow for sustained client engagement and health participation are crucial for the development of a trusting relationship. The CNS and the Nurse Manager are partners in leading the nursing clinical practice area. The CNS coordinates and guides clinical activities/projects of nurses within a practice area and is responsible for maintaining current professional knowledge and competencies and contributing to the advancement of the practice of nursing at the unit/system, local, state and/or national and international level.
