The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. They demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are proficient with electronic medical records, and can work both independently and collaboratively. They ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and providing professional support to clients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the phone system: answer promptly, route calls/messages accurately, and document call outcomes as needed.
* Greet clients, families, and visitors; manage sign-in procedures, verify identification as required, maintain a welcoming waiting area.
* Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; perform faxing, scanning, photocopying, and secure electronic document transmission; maintain organized, up to date filing systems.
* Track office and program supply inventory; place orders, reconcile packing slips/invoices, and monitor spending.
* Schedule client and family assessment appointments; coordinate interpreter services and special accommodations; send reminders to reduce no-shows.
* Build and maintain clinician schedules, manage blocks, waitlists, cancellations, and overbooks per program guidelines.
* Conduct intake coordination: collect demographics, guardianship and consent information, obtain signed releases of information, and enter complete data into the EMR.
* Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; support authorization/referral processes, and inform families of copays or required documentation.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma with demonstrated administrative and reception experience.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Eliot's Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) is a twenty four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care. CBHC Programs serve as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults, children and Using creative problem-solving skills, you will work towards overcoming traditional barriers in the behavioral health system alongside our talented staff. This role will focus on housing navigation, recovery coaching, case management, peer support and other specialized stabilization services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide crisis support and stabilization services to clients
* Deliver interventions to individuals and families focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement
* Tailor interventions based on client preferences, needs, and the clinical direction of the care team
* Offer direct support in crisis intervention, stabilization, treatment planning, and evaluation and assessment.

About the Program
The YCCS Program (Youth Community Crisis Stabilization) Program based in Walpole, MA is seeking a Per Diem Mental Health Technician I. Under the direction of a Mental Health Technician Supervisor, primarily responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for youth and functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team who will provide short-term mental health crisis stabilization services for youth aged 13-18. The Mental Health Technician I is expected to be knowledgeable of the agency's mission, program treatment philosophy, policies, and procedures and to implement this understanding in their direct care and supervision of youth.
How You'll Be Making a Difference
* Knowledge and application of program routines and structure. Maintain a general understanding of the population of youth in need of short-term mental health stabilization.
* Foster healthy, appropriate relationships with youth through daily interactions.

How You Will Be Making a Difference
Under the direction of Program Director and Senior Family Partner and in collaboration with the Intensive Care Coordinator(s); works to assist in the improvement of the parent(s)/caregiver(s) ability to effectively navigate child-serving systems.
* Must have experience as a caregiver/parent of a child or youth with special needs and preferably with significant mental health needs
* Works one-on-one with the parent(s)/caregiver(s) to provide, guidance, coaching, education, and support throughout the care planning process
* Participates as a member of the Care Planning Team (CPT) and clearly outlines the goals of the Family Support and Training Services
* Works closely with families in the home and in the community, and any existing/referring behavioral health provider(s), to implement the objectives and goals identified in the Individual Care Plan
* Conducts weekly face-to-face home or community visits and provides regular, on-going telephone support to caregiver/parent.
* Teaches parents/caregiver how to promote linkages with other treatment providers and other community resources and work with the Intensive Care Coordinator
* Educates parents/caregivers about how to effectively navigate the child-serving systems and about the existence of informal/community resources available; and facilitates access to these resources
* Attends staff meetings. Presents client/family material; consult with supervisor and team members on challenging and difficult client/family issues. Participates in regular individual and group supervision. Attends clinical training and safety practice training.
* Completes daily progress notes, documents significant family interactions and collateral work on a timely manner, as per MassHealth requirements
* Participates in program activities, including but not limited to, staff and team meetings, training and development needs of the program, and primary on-call rotation

About the Role
Under the direction of the Program Director and Senior Fit Clinician, the FIT paraprofessional provides support to youth under the age of 21 with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) SUD, ASD, IDD and their families under the CBHI framework. The FIT paraprofessional uses a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strength-based approach to implement the individualized treatment plan authored by the FIT master's level clinician. The focus is to prompt behavioral support to help improve overall emotional regulation, social skills and strength family structure.

The LTSS Supervisor provides team oversight of care coordination and clinical care management for MassHealth Members with complex medical and behavioral health needs who are enrolled in an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) or Managed Care Organization (MCO) plan. The Supervisor collaborates with the Community Partner team and the clinical staff of each Enrollee's ACO/MCO's plan to minimize duplicative efforts, promote integrated care, ensure quality and continuity of care, and support the values of person-centered planning. The Supervisor is at the helm of organizing and coordinating resources and services in response to the Enrollees' healthcare needs across multiple settings, and inclusive of both LTSS and SDH needs. This role drives assessment and care planning, care transitions, health and wellness coaching, as well as community and social services connections across a multi-disciplinary care team for CCP enrollees.

Requirements:

Eliot is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention (EI) division. Eliot's Early Intervention Program (EI) supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford areas. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in infancy/early childhood, the willingness to travel and the ability to work a flexible work schedule in a fast paced environment contingent upon the child's and families needs.
Responsibilities:
* Observe and evaluate children to assist with identifying functional goals and interventions
* Provide intervention in the areas of postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, sensory integration, perceptual motor, oral motor, and activities of daily living.
* Develop and ensure follow-up to treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
* Offer training, input and guidance to the Team that promotes client independence
* Observe and evaluate clients to identify conditions and needs, collaborating with the team to determine effective actions
* Serve as a resource to educate clients, their families, and other supports about the client's condition and needs
* Facilitate communication within the team and with external supports, including medical services, psychiatric services, care coordination entities, family members, and other involved providers
* Participate in assessments and treatment plan development
Qualifications:
* Must possess a current OTR/L license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Experience working with children 0-3 years of age with developmental delays or disabilities
* Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation
* Bilingual preferred. Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase

Eliot is seeking a strong, experienced, licensed RN or LPN, Nurse Case Manager, to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
The ideal candidate would possess knowledge of psychiatric medications, psychiatric and medical treatment. This person would be comfortable with outreach, case management and providing support in individuals homes.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary case manager to 3-6 consumers
* Provide nursing interventions to individuals
* Facilitate and coordinate medical care to include communication with health care providers
* Provide health education to individuals
* Assist in the management of medications and the overall functioning of the nursing department
* Formulate and regularly update Comprehensive Assessments and IAP's for clients on your caseload
* Transport consumers to work sites, meetings, daily activities, appointments, and activities as needed.
* Participate in rotating on-call coverage and evening shifts to ensure 24/7 support for clients
Qualifications:
* Requires an associates degree in nursing
* LPN or RN nursing license
