Eliot's Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) is a twenty four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care. CBHC Programs serve as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults, children and Using creative problem-solving skills, you will work towards overcoming traditional barriers in the behavioral health system alongside our talented staff. This role will focus on housing navigation, recovery coaching, case management, peer support and other specialized stabilization services. Responsibilities: Provide crisis support and stabilization services to clients Deliver interventions to individuals and families focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement Tailor interventions based on client preferences, needs, and the clinical direction of the care team Offer direct support in crisis intervention, stabilization, treatment planning, and evaluation and assessment. The program offers support and opportunities for individuals to enrich their lives, develop social and daily living skills, and build social and community connections. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience directing a Residential program and maintaining a culture that promotes client strengths, preferences and independence. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day to day operation and overall service delivery of the residential program. Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for individuals in the program. Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, discipline and supervise program staff to include regular individual supervision and monthly staff meetings. Oversee client programming/documentation, including the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavior plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field and three years related experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults. Ability to provide supervision and leadership to staff. Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury and commitment to their individual preferences for treatment. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work and for the transportation of clients to and from appointments and activities as needed.
