Adam Burr is a Chief Dental Officer at Elite Dental Partners and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. McDermott has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience. His prior experience includes Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at a number of mid-sized companies in the Midwest. Mr. McDermott also spent 6 years in public accounting at Grant Thornton leading audits for companies with yearly revenues ranging from $20 million to $1 billion. Mr. McDermott is a CPA and graduated from University of Illinois.

Mr. Starkweather has over 15 years of experience investing in middle market companies and partnering with small business owners. He has worked at four different private equity investment firms where he purchased, grew, and sold a variety of different businesses. Prior to that he worked at a global investment bank where he advised clients on a wide array of M&A transactions. Mr. Starkweather holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics and Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.

Experienced executive with a demonstrated history of high performance working in the health care industry (especially in private equity backed organizations). Skilled in all aspects of operational excellence, team development, organizational evolution, expense controls, performance management and provider relations.

Ms. Jacobson has over 13 years’ experience working with companies on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and reorganizations. She has also worked counseling companies of all sizes on healthcare compliance issues and has experience in both the public and private sector. Ms. Jacobson received her B.A. magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis and received her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis as well.
