This is a salaried position requiring between 40-45 hours weekly on a first shift schedule.
Essential Tasks
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCEASSISTANTMANAGER
Solid understanding of facilities management principles and practices
Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively oversee maintenance initiatives.
Experience in manufacturing environments, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
Help ensure all plant processes are operating mechanically to plant standards and expectations.

Assist with maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
Assist with documentation for new and existing machinery.

Assist with the upkeep and preventative maintenance of manufacturing machinery, including CNC equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Assume a manager's role in the absence of the current manager.

Knowledge of PLC's and programming.
General building and grounds maintenance knowledge.
Ability to schedule and coordinate outside service providers when necessary.
Reliable team player attitude.
Follow all Hi-Tek policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE.
Education and Experience
Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Degree preferred.
Completion of maintenance certificate program from either a two-year college. or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment required.
Must meet the ITAR definition of §120.15 U.S. person.
Three to seven years related experience.
Working knowledge of computers.
Physical Demand Levels
Lift, push, pull and/or carry up to thirty-five pounds regularly.
Standing or walking at least 80% of scheduled shift.
Routinely perform reaching overhead / at or below shoulder level, twisting, bending, crouching, kneeling, and grasping to move and set tools, equipment, and materials.
Ability to perform fine and gross manipulation.
Ability to operate foot or leg controls.

The Supervisor of Maintenance impacts PSA's safety of its customers and employees by providing supervision over all personnel on shift; ensuring that they properly execute all maintenance updates, and the aircraft is prepared and ready for release.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrates a safe and compliant work environment by complying with Safety Policy and Procedures Manual and General Maintenance Manual policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance of subordinates.
Submits manual revisions as required for any identified ineffective processes and/or procedures.
Schedule the department in such a manner that adequate coverage is provided while maintenance is being performed.
Prepare written reports to MaintenanceManager for Delays, Cancellations, and Irregularities.
May sign maintenance release and assume full responsibility for aircraft that fall under the jurisdiction of the Maintenance Department during a check.
Ascertain that the responsible mechanic properly executes all necessary work records.
Coordinate all operation planning to assure that the proper work is performed on the aircraft as scheduled.
Monitor aircraft appearance and ensure aircraft are well presented.
Account for the performance of assigned personnel.
Maintain liaison with Maintenance Control, Production Planning, and other departments.
Ensure adequate tool inventories are maintained and proper use of these tools is observed.
Work in an outside maintenance operation to ensure airworthiness of aircraft.
Deliver comprehensive pre-shift briefings to ensure team is well informed and creating opportunity for open dialogue.
In regards to the performing of maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations or other functions affecting aircraft airworthiness, the Maintenance Supervisor on duty will be available for consultation and decision making on matters requiring instruction or decision from higher authority than that of the persons performing the work.
Provide direct supervision of the Lead Mechanic.
Delegates duties as necessary, although this does not relieve the Supervisor of the responsibility.
Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.

Position Specifics Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
Successful track record of leadership in aviation maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to guide and manage effectively, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure high-quality, timely completion of tasks.
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience working on turbine-powered aircraft.

Seeking a high-quality Maintenance Superintendent at the Fremont Division. Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Facilities Superintendent will have primary responsibility for: * Managing three shifts of maintenance personnel, including but not limited to scheduling the shifts, reviewing maintenance personnel performance, assisting the HR manager and Operations Manager in hiring new personnel, determining appropriate staffing levels, and assigning maintenance tasks to qualified personnel.
* Overseeing the Limble CMMS (Computerized MaintenanceManagement System) work order and preventive maintenance system and making sure that work orders are appropriately prioritized, assigned, and completed.
* Manage all projects in the plant related to plant equipment installations, overhauls, or large upgrades of existing equipment. Ensure projects are planned, adequately staffed and completed on time.
* Working with operations to schedule preventive maintenance items requiring machine down time to complete. Ideally, when a machine goes down unexpectedly, the Facilities Superintendent will make sure that all associated PMs are completed before turning the machine back over to production.
* Working with Production to ensure that breakdowns are correctly diagnosed and repaired and that when the machine is repaired, there is a maintenance turnover to the production crew explaining what the problem was, what maintenance did to rectify and what to watch for/do in the future to prevent the breakdown.
* Work with corporate engineering on various projects in the plant.
* Work with the Parts Coordinator to make sure that MRO inventories are appropriate.
* Work with outside contractors to schedule various machine audits throughout the year and work with the outside contractors to make sure that we have contracts in place, safety training complete, insurance updated and supervise the work being performed to make sure it is completed to the terms of the contract/statement of work we negotiated with the contractor.
* Identify training opportunities for maintenance personnel and develop individual training plans to include machine updates, latest technologies, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
The Maintenance Facilities Superintendent will be a member of the Division Management Team and will be responsible for relaying and ensuring that Divisional policies are implemented throughout maintenance. The Facilities Superintendent will be expected to maintain and develop departmental measurements aligned to the overall divisional strategy and vision and communicate them to the division management team.
Essential Duties:
In addition to a full complement of leadership skills - including the ability to lead teams in a union environment - it is also important for the Facilities Superintendent to bring knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling and personnel development. JOB PURPOSE
The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance team and their activities related to facilities operation within the Honda campus and facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to organize and execute maintenance schedules, lead coordination among all internal teams, external vendors, spare parts and inventory management, and oversee implementation of the site preventive maintenance strategies. Effective leadership of the maintenance activities, this role drives the overall efficiency, safety, and reliability of the facilities operations, ultimately supporting the organizations goals and objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Coordination and Communication: Work with other in-house departments (outside of facilities) on planned and unplanned activity requiring maintenance support related to facilities operations. Assure the building's facilities' equipment meets capacity and reliability requirements of all direct and indirect customers across and related to the site.
* Purchasing: Create requisitions to issue purchase orders for maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
* Technical Knowledge: Apply maintenance expertise in HDMA business planning operations. Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practice to impact decisions at Site / Unit / Dept level. Support FAC Operations with mechanical and electrical equipment. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Honda's Computerized MaintenanceManagement System (CMMS), Maximo. Apply analytical and trouble shooting skills to maximize mean time between failures (MTBF) and minimize mean time to recovery (MTTR).
* Technical Management: Support and coordinate operation of Facilities systems including, but not limited to, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, air house units, electrical distribution equipment, cafeteria equipment, meters, lighting, and controls. Manage and maintain documentation for the facilities equipment. Communicate critical updates to site system operators. Identify deficiencies to develop scope of design and construction for renovation or upgrade of existing industrial systems. Responsible for critical thinking, troubleshooting, data collection, experimental procedures, and data analysis techniques to solve problems and recommend facilities improvements.
* Project Management: Implement new strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL). Manage testing, planning, and maintenance of facilities equipment.
* Reporting and Documentation: Lead and / or support in the bidding, evaluation, and selection process of contractors for the maintenance of facilities equipment. Determine and prioritize project tasks and develop schedule and timelines to achieve maintenance goals on time and within budget. Generate maintenance progress tracking and control documents.
* Training: Train FAC Associates and maintenance personnel on equipment operations related to mechanical and electrical systems. Provide support on an as-need basis. Ensure reference documentation is available and easily accessed
QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma
* Ten (10) years minimum relevant working experience in Facilities Maintenance Field
* Knowledge of: National Electrical Code (NFPA 70).
* Ability to represent Facilities in meetings with contractors & vendors.
* Able to coordinate activities impacting multiple departments.
* Able to achieve cooperation and support among peers.
* Ability to find root cause through logical "why-why" analysis.
* Solid interpersonal skills, excel in written and oral communications.
* Ability to use Maximo as a central maintenancemanagement system (CMMS) and spare parts program.
* Understand all Facilities responsible equipment and infrastructure.
* Initiative to learn and expand technical knowledge beyond areas of expertise.
* Demonstrated ability to: effectively communicate ideas to gain consensus from individuals or teams; Demonstrate technical proficiency, with expertise on some topics, within the maintenance field, balance multiple issues simultaneously; comprehend technical drawings and specifications; plan and execute special maintenance, repairs, and reporting; work well in a collaborative environment.
