You will work closely with our Building Engineers, providing a great teaching platform and paving the way for potential future roles as a building engineer. Responsibilities: Prepare all surfaces for painting, including identifying and performing the correct preparation techniques. Paint entire spaces, including drywall patching or touch-up as directed. Job DescriptionWe are looking for an organized, reliable In-house Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team responsible for general upkeep of our Elite sport club health club facilities. Primary responsibilities will be HVAC. Must have knowledge and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Air handlers, RTU's and the control's. Candidate will also be required to perform a wide variety of semi-skilled building maintenance, general labor and light repair tasks, and perform any related duties as required. Specific knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is also required. This role is responsible for the routine and preventative maintenance and repair of four 120,000+ square foot athletics facilities buildings; mechanical equipment; and utility systems. Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled building maintenance and repair tasks.
