This is a high-impact, deeply hands-on design role for a creator who works fast, executes independently, and produces polished, professional assets across presentations, video, web, and campaigns. This person must be an expert in presentation design (sales decks, event keynotes, executive presentations), video editing and production, multichannel campaign and ad creative, and website design and UX - and must demonstrate work samples in each area. The role involves building and executing the day-to-day creative foundation of the company, from campaign assets to templates to event visuals. It also includes developing Elite's brand practically - evolving our design system, producing new PowerPoint and keynote templates, refreshing our website experience, modernizing our social presence through experimentation and A/B tests, and guiding the creative direction of our customer conferences. This position is ideal for an AI-first designer who thrives across execution, systems, and iteration - someone who can apply exceptional craft while building scalable creative infrastructure. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain high-quality presentation materials, including sales decks, event keynotes, and executive presentations. Produce and edit videos for campaigns, events, product storytelling, and social content. Design campaign and advertising creative across digital, social, paid, email, and events - delivering multichannel systems that perform. Own hands-on website design and UX improvements, partnering closely with Marketing Ops and Web teams to modernize and differentiate elite.com. Define and evolve the company's brand identity and visual system to reflect our strategy and scale with growth. Own the core design system, creative principles, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all channels. Translate company narrative, product vision, and go-to-market priorities into high-performing creative frameworks. Deliver strategic, high-quality design across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, events, and sales collateral. Build scalable creative systems - including templates, asset libraries, and AI-enabled workflows - that empower self-serve design across the organization. Leverage tools like Figma, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to increase creative speed and operational efficiency. Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative output with commercial goals and brand storytelling. Design and deliver creative for customer conferences, including on-screen graphics, signage, session visuals, and wayfinding. Evolve and modernize Elite's social media visual presence through creative experimentation, new formats, and structured A/B testing. Manage freelance designers and creative partners, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with briefs and brand standards. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience. 6-8+ years of experience in brand or creative roles at B2B companies with strong alignment to product and GTM functions. Position Overview: The Strategic Account Executive is a senior, quota-carrying sales leader responsible for winning new logos within Elite's most strategic, complex, and high-value target accounts.
