Lifeguards need to maintain constant surveillance of the pool area, using proper scanning technique.
Lifeguards are prepared to be first responder to all medical emergencies in the building in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area.
Maintains accurate records as required by the YMCA and/or the state health department code.
Performs equipment checks and ensures appropriate equipment is available as needed. Continually checks the pool for hazardous conditions.
Lifeguards are to maintain a safe and clean aquatic deck area, including but not limited to picking up equipment after open swim use, picking up trash, cleaning the deck and other areas like, hallway and locker rooms at appropriate times.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
**The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in the designated departments and areas of our customer's plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and company policies and procedures. Job duties include:**
+ Responsible for the daily supervision and management of sanitors for specific areas and departments at our customers' facilities.
+ The position's primary duty involves customary and regular direction of the work of the sanitors. While the Site Supervisor may at peak times (e.g., start-up and pre-op) utilize their independent judgment and discretion to assist the sanitation laborers, the Site Supervisor's primary duty does not involve the performance of manual labor.
+ Apportion work assignments among the sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
+ Ensure sanitors work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
+ Evaluate sanitors for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status.
+ Ensure that the sanitation team complies with all internal company procedures and policies, including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.
+ Ensure compliance with the procedures set forth in the Team Member Handbook,
+ Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
+ Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager implement training programs including safety training and ERP.

**YOUR MUST HAVES:**

JOB PURPOSE:
The Materials Specialist strategically executes material releases from Purchase Order Contracts (POCs) to support the plant production schedule at both optimal inventory levels and costs. The teammate works cross functionally to identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain and is an active contributor to the Production Operations team's continuous improvement process.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Strategically plans and executes material releases from POCs to meet production requirements preventing schedule changes and supporting customer requirements.
Customer /Inventory:
Proactively monitors inventory levels for upcoming runs.
Effectively communicates with customers regarding raw material requirements and shortages.
Identifies and executes opportunities to minimize inbound freight costs.
Identifies and executes opportunities to safely reduce inventory and works toward defined Alphia targets.
Identifies risks in the material plan and communicates to the appropriate stakeholders as well as mitigates and escalates to get support as needed.
Collaborates with the materials teams to improve fill rates, schedule attainment and adherence metrics.
Actively identifies cost avoidance/savings opportunities and utilizes root cause analysis methods to execute corrective actions.
Strategically manages interplant and other material transfers.
As a teammate, seeks to maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with OSHA requirements- accepting safety as a condition.
Provides regular analytics on aging materials and minimizes age out.

Job duties and responsibilities:
Reads and interprets blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by engineer.
Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld and size of molten puddle.
Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes.
Positions and clamps workpieces together or assembles them in jig or fixtures.
Selects torch, torch tip, filler ford and flux, according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of material.
Tacks assemblies together.
Chips off excess weld, slag, and spatter.
Cleans or de-greases parts.
Move parts in and moves finished product out of welding area.
Job Requirements:
A qualified candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or at least 1-3 months related experience.
Must have basic language and math skills and reasoning ability.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics D365 is preferred.
Must be able to stand continuously for a 10 hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Vision with depth perception is required.
