You'll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station - the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. Our fast-paced, active roles receive trucks full of orders, then prepare them for delivery. You'll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers.

**What it's like at an Amazon Delivery Station**

Your Day at Lowe's
As a Receiver/Stocker, you keep our stores clean and presentable to improve customers' overall shopping experience. You ensure our merchandise is accurately received and replenished by safely unloading merchandise from incoming freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking shelves.

Communicate with caregivers, caseworkers, and clinical supervisors
Complete all required documentation, including daily contact notes and weekly summaries
Respond to referral requests promptly (services may be requested 24/7)
Training and Support Provided
All staff must complete required training prior to providing services, including:
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
Therapeutic Crisis Intervention or Safe Crisis Management
Medication management
First Aid and CPR
Ongoing in-service training
Weekly clinical supervision by an LCSW-C
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass state and federal background checks and fingerprinting
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to respond to changing needs and work independently
Commitment to trauma-informed practices
Service Areas
We are hiring in multiple Maryland regions, including Southern, Central, Western, and Eastern Shore. Some assignments may occur in neighboring jurisdictions depending on youth needs.

Assistant Manager
Reports to: Store Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our stores on a day-to-day basis. You will help the Store Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
Assistant Managers are responsible for:
Assisting the Store Manager and other management members with all facets of the successful operations for Par Mar Stores.
Providing high level of leadership to the store and the employees.
Supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with the company, preferable with at least one year of retail experience and ready to move your career to the next level!
Strong people-oriented leadership skills

Customer service skills
Valid state driver's license and an insured vehicle
Prior knowledge of food handing, safety guidelines

Education and Experience
