FLIGHT PARAMEDIC INCENTIVES
Starting Range is $76,000-$97,000 annually
Schedule is a 5 days on/10 days off rotation

We're hiring Flight Paramedics to provide direct patient care in accordance with GMR protocols and/or medical direction. They also assist with coverage of open shifts as needed with the assigned area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Responsible for completion and submission of electronic patient care record for each dispatched flight within the specified time frame, and for daily base checks, which includes narcotic count
Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility maintaining thorough patient care documentation
Maintains competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills by participating in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences
Maintain documentation of required licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and advanced procedures in the Employee Education Manual
Knowledgeable in use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies used by emergency programs
Maintains positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues, EMS representatives, hospitals, and the public
Functions as a medical flight member
Attends pre-mission briefings and mission debriefing and completes necessary documentation
Assists in pre-mission liftoff checklist and Pilot assistance when needed, e. radio, navigational, and visual observation activities
Complies with safety standards to assure safety of self, medical personnel, patient, and equipment prior to liftoff
Conducts aircraft safety briefings as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting required
Flight experience preferred
Education:
Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required
AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status. Will be required to obtain trauma certification within 6 months of hire
Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 12 months from date of hire.
Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred
NREMT-P certification may be required in assigned area
Physical Demands:
Must be willing to shave facial hair (if needed) to fit a N95 mask
Must possess the gross and fine motor skills necessary to sufficiently provide the full range of safe and effective patient care activities
Lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule

How you'll contribute
A Case Manager who excels in this role:
Works with patients, family members, area hospital staff, physicians and other community agencies to obtain referrals and provide case management for patients including: screening, pre-admission and admission process and care plan management and coordination.
Assists with the development, assessment, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive plan of care for patients meeting our high-risk screening criteria by screening on designated programs, coordinating an interdisciplinary team approach to service, and resource delivery beginning on a admission basis and follows through placement into follow up after care in collaboration with the hospital team.
Consults with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team regularly to evaluate patient's status and appropriateness of medical care, including admission, length of stay, transfer and discharge.
Participates in discharge planning including coordinating patient transfers to other facilities and coordinating community resources. Provides discharge education and resource referrals to patients.
Performs chart review to identify actual or potential issues with service delivery, patient outcomes and satisfaction, compliance, cost, and reimbursement.
Counsels and interviews patients/family members and conducts an appraisal of social, emotional and economic complications to provide the physician and the health care team with recommendations and information which will assist in development of the plan for the patient's care upon referral.
Provides information to patients/families regarding financial concerns and general information and counsels patients/families surrounding the issues of illness, loss, grief, bereavement, and anger. They also advise, counsel, teach and support patients and/or family members in assuming responsibility/advocacy for personal health care needs, decision making and ongoing planning and service coordination.
Serves as an advocate and liaison between patient/family and physician and monitors patient and family satisfaction. Responds to questions and complaints from patients, family members, and payors regarding care.
Obtains third party payer admission authorization if necessary.
Coordinates follow up care to ensure appropriate services are provided to clients.
Documents and maintains accurate patient records related to patient referrals, admissions, care plan management and discharges.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
· Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.

GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you.
Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

The Restaurant Host / Cashier will meet and greet customers at the door and assign seating to assure maximum guest satisfaction; thank guests as they exit. Assist in cleaning and resetting of tables and help servers as needed. Answer telephone in a pleasant and professional manner; responsible for cash register monies.
In this role you will:
Greet guests in prompt courteous manner and assign seating on a rotating basis, seeing that all service personnel receive an equal number of covers.
Distribute menus and give a brief description of specials.
Continuously monitor each table to assure that they receive quick service.
Monitor all tables for proper settings.
Inspect sections for cleanliness when closing a section, clean and reset tables as needed.
Ensure the dining room is clean and presentable at all times.
Answer telephone in a polite and professional manner.
Receive, return and manage cashier's change fund.
Keep cashier/hostess station net and organized.
Accept guest payments, process credit card charges and make change.

We are currently seeking a field-based EHS&T Advisor to join our Boart Longyear team in Elko, NV.
The EHS&T Advisor will partner with field staff, field supervisors, and management to provide a safe workplace. This individual will be responsible for executing the goals and objectives set forth by the Regional EHS&T Manager and will report directly to a Senior EHS&T Supervisor. EHS&T advisors spend a majority of their time in the field, performing risk assessments, workplace audits, rig safety inspections, environmental inspections, critical control verifications, attending client safety meetings, provide training, coaching and mentoring less experienced employees and supervisors. EHS&T advisors are expected to conduct incident investigations and analysis, provide written reports, conduct presentations regarding incident outcomes or safety incident trends, as well as represent BLY with the client and provide liaison support the clients and customers. Lastly, a successful EHS&T advisor must have a passion for safety, always lead by example, be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, be willing to work in a team-oriented environment, work effectively and efficiently following some direction, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Routinely conduct work-place audits and rig inspections to monitor work activities and ensure compliance with client, company, and government regulations.
Assist and/or lead start-of-hitch, daily/weekly safety meetings.
Conduct post-incident investigations as required.
Accompany injured employees on doctor visits to represent the company's interest in the ongoing care of employees and their return to work.
Partner with field staff to maintain the necessary documentation to comply with client, company, and government regulations.
Assist with developing written programs to meet client, company, and government regulations.
Enter incident data and other required information into the Global EHS Management System (GEMS) .
Responsible for shop safety inspections.
Obtain needed certifications to perform necessary duties, and train others.
Develop additional safety skills and credentials by attending selected courses and clinics.
Interact with client safety representatives, as required, and promote Boart Longyear's delivery of safe profitability and growth.
Assist in HR/EHS functions including, scheduling, evaluation of candidates, hiring and training.
When directed, serve as a liaison, for personnel matters, between the office personnel and field crews.

Minimum Qualifications
College degree (or completed classes) with industrial emphasis, or equivalent working experience.
3-5 years of field-related experience in the Drilling Services or mining industry
Certifications in industrial health and safety as an EHS professional are a strong plus (CIH, CSP, CMSP, etc.)
MSHA approved instructor is a plus
Classes or formal training related to EHS and regulatory laws and compliance are also a strong plus.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel, as required, to work sites, including overnight stays.
Valid driver's license with safe driving history.
