Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc. (A)

YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT ASSISTANT
This essential management position works a
full-time schedule
with
travel about 80% of the time
. Project locations are within 5 hours of Sioux Falls.
As a Construction Superintendent Assistant, you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our projects as you assist the superintendent. You are organized and forward-thinking as you procure materials, present weekly project meetings, schedule subcontractors, and lead your crew. You are personable and communicate easily with a variety of people. When it's time for obtaining permits, you know exactly how to reach out to the city. For establishing boundaries and site controls, you work with the surveyors and excavators. You are proficient and experienced in working with apartments, townhomes, and land development. Your job knowledge makes you the perfect person to provide education to trade contractors in understanding construction documents. Every day has new experiences. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
2+ years of related experience
Ability to travel within 5 hours of Sioux Falls up to 80% of the time
Strong understanding of OSHA requirements
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural components
Computer literacy
CDL and equipment training is preferred but not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this management job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
