Sallie L. Krawcheck (born November 28, 1964) is the CEO and Co-Founder of Ellevest, a digital financial advisor for women launched in 2016. She is owner and Chair of Ellevate Network. Prior to this she was the president of the Global Wealth & Investment Management division of Bank of America. She has been known as one of the most senior women on Wall Street. Most recently she has been widely published in both social and more traditional media, focusing on Wall Street regulatory reform; she is also advising a number of start-ups.

Sylvia has a Ph.D. in engineering economic systems from Stanford University and is a CFA® charterholder. She oversees Ellevest portfolios, algorithms, and investment recommendations, and worked with Morningstar to create hundreds of unique portfolios for Ellevest clients.

Rajesh Jayaraman is a successful entrepreneur and technology executive. He has extensive experience leading and scaling technology and engineering organizations at startup & growth stage FinTech companies.

He is the CTO at Ellevest, an investing platform that is focused on closing the gender investing gap, where he is responsible for engineering, technical and financial operations.

He previously founded Plank Marketplace, a marketplace for in-game virtual goods.

Previously, he was SVP at Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ:EPAY). He was responsible for Product & Engineering for the account opening and customer acquisition product lines. He came to BT through the acquisition of Andera, a SaaS platform that pioneered online and mobile account opening solutions for financial institutions. Rajesh was CTO at Andera by way of acquisition of oFlows where he was the co-founder and CTO.

Previously, he was CTO at Zopa, a pioneer in social finance, where he was responsible for all engineering and technology operations. He also held multiple engineering and product management positions at Yodlee, where he led the building of their online money transfer and account verification product, and led the engineering of Yodlee's wealth management product.

Rajesh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with distinction from National Institute of Technology, India.
