The Doe Run Company is seeking a Mill Operator I to learn to safely and effectively assist in mill operations that produce all finished concentrates. This rotating shift position will be located at Fletcher Mill in Centerville, MO.
The work location may change as needed to support production and business needs within the Viburnum Trend in Southeast Missouri.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
No experience required, some industrial experience preferred.
Experience operating skid steer loaders, forklifts, and larger loaders preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to read a micrometer and a tape measure.
Ability to safely drive a forklift or other mobile equipment and become certified (forklift).
Environmental safety and health rules and regulations training (MSHA) training.

Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks.
Assist mill operators with mixing mill reagents.
Maintain and clean work area. Complete all daily end-of-shift housekeeping tasks.
Assist the mill operators II and III in the processing of all finished concentrate products.
Operate wheel loaders to load ore into the process and load concentrate trucks.
Complete tasks in a safe and environmentally compliant manner by following EHS (environmental, health, and safety) policies, procedures, and best practices; support and assist peers in working in a safe, compliant manner; report unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; and provide feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Early Head Start Teacher is responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher in carrying out daily activities designed to provide for the physical, emotional, nutritional, social and intellectual development of the children within an environment that is safe, healthy and conducive to learning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with direction of classroom activities, health, safety and well-being of the children during time in the Head Start program.
Work as a team with other teaching staff and assist with daily activities in the Head Start center as required.
Assist in developing weekly lesson plans and activities as needed to meet children's individual needs.
Perform teaching tasks as outlined in curriculum and performance standards.

What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.

Non-Competitive Rehire Eligibility: Temporary seasonal employees can only maintain their non-competitive rehire eligibility if they work no more than a combined total of Temporary NTE less than 1040 hours anywhere in the National Park Service (NPS) within their established service year. Accordingly, non-competitive rehire eligibility allows for re-appointment to the same position or another position appropriate for temporary appointment with the same qualification requirements (5 CFR 316.402[b][7]), based on series and grade, anywhere in the major subdivision (NPS).

Physical Demands: Works in wood shops, other buildings, and at construction and repair sites. Climbs on ladders and scaffolds. Carry objects up to 40 pounds and occasionally lifts or moves items with the assistance of lifting devices or other workers. Required to stand for extended periods while operating machines such as bench planers, saws, and drill presses.
Working Conditions: Works both inside and outside. Some work is performed in shop areas where worker is exposed to moderate to high noise levels and sawdust in the air, glue fumes, and hazards associated with woodworking and related power equipment. When working at job sites, may also be exposed to hazards associated while working on scaffolds or ladders or weather conditions when completing projects outdoors.

Your Role as a Charge Nurse (RN):
