The company was decent to their employees
Not being able to move up anymore.
This is the best company I have ever worked. The atmosphere at the RDC is Team work, Be Safe, Enjoy what you do. From
Don’t like is too strong. However, I have never worked at a company that will flag missed lunch, they will flag you for working longer than 6 hour before you break.
From the top to the managers and supervisors. They stress if something is bothering you to speak to someone, they do not want employees harboring issues and feelings that eventually cause them to quit. When realistically the issue could have been resolved in 5 minutes at the onset of the issue.
The independency that's allowed for one to there job.
