**Required Qualifications**
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

We are seeking a skilled Wiring Technician to join our manufacturing team in building high-quality chillers for data centers. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels according to schematics, diagrams, and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical wiring, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and wire control panels by interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
+ Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLCs.
+ Ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards by routing and securing wiring neatly.
+ Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation.
