Job Description: The Machine Operator responsibilities include operating, setting up, and performing basic maintenance on production equipment under the supervision of the Production Team Leader. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work area, following food safety and quality standards, performing inspections and quality checks, completing production documentation, removing defective products, and reporting safety, mechanical, or quality issues. The Machine Operator supports line operations, assists team members, and works effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Identify the different colors of labels and understand the significance of each type. Utilize appropriate cardboard side covers for final product (rolls). Distinguish between an FDA Product and non-FDA product and follow proper FDA rules and protocols when applicable. Collect standard samples and for QA testing. Add re-feed to the machines as needed. Perform manual/automatic operations of the Rewinder. Read, fill and understand Operator Panel. Know parts and locations of Celli operating devises, such as alarms and lock system. Initiate E-Stops under necessary usage conditions. Work across multiple lines, as needed. Perform routine maintenance procedures. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and utilize proper PPE. Keep work station clean and organized. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a hot/non-climate controlled environment Must be able to stand for 12-hour shift on hard surfaces Must be able to perform extensive walking; climbing multiple stairs throughout the shift Job requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to push, pull, lift items from the ground, bend at the knee and waist, and reach above shoulders. You will travel to different job sites to inspect for pest problems and apply treatments, or to check and install insulation that enhances energy efficiency and keeps pests out. Good communication with clients and team members is essential. After completing your work, you will conduct final inspections and clean up the job site. You finish your day with paperwork and a team debrief to ensure all tasks meet high standards. Essential Functions: Service customer's homes in a professional and satisfactory manner Inspect the property and determine the treatment type Identify invading pests Apply chemical solutions, powders, and granules on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests (typically special treatments) Installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems Ensure safety procedures are followed for application and re-entry Utilize appropriate protective gear and equipment during application Keep service vehicles organized, professional, clean, and follow all regulations Maintain professional appearance, including clean company uniform, appropriate footwear, and maintaining personal hygiene Build positive, strong relationships with clients Work to exceed client expectations Make suggestions to clients on how to avoid pest problems when appropriate Participate fully in training opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and meet requirements for licensing Qualifications Qualifications: At least one (1) year of experience in pest technician work or insulation work Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate value to customers Able to analyze pest control activity, explain and implement an effective plan of action Ability to learn and follow servicing protocols to apply chemical solutions and powders Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally A valid driver's license, authorized to work in the US Fox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer #IndeedFPCMiddlestates
