Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program which typically equates to at least 5 years of formal education or training -OR- Bachelor's Degree required Experience: Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or Director of Occupational Therapy preferred. Minimum of three years' experience as an Occupational Therapist required. Skills: Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
