About the position:

As an electro-mechanical technician, Maintenance Tech ensures optimal manufacturing equipment operations and preventive maintenance. This role applies knowledge of electrical theory and principles, hydraulics, welding, AC/DC overhead crane repair, and safety standards.

What you'll do:

* Analyzes circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings to install, repair or service electronic devices and systems.
* Receives wiring diagrams, specifications, and instructions from supervisor covering emergency and scheduled repairs, installation and electrical inspection work to be performed.

What you'll need:

* HS diploma or GED
* 1-year manufacturing maintenance experience or trade school degree
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Bend, stand, for extended periods and withstand exposure to heat and cold.
* Able to climb in overhead structures, work beneath machines and in close quarters
* PLC experience preferred
* Ability to read schematics, and understand circuits is mandatory
* Familiar with AC/DC power and drives
* Knowledgeable with Lockout/ Tag Out
* 1 year of high voltage experience, up to 138KV (preferred)

About This Position:

This position is responsible to function as a member of a crew in assisting with all aspects of the forging operations.

What You'll Do:

* Assists during forging operation by keeping dies clean and free of scale. Removes rags and scale from around press and front of furnaces and transfers to scrap dumpsters.
* Operates overhead crane and mobile equipment to move or manipulate work pieces, scrap, tooling, and other materials exercising care to avoid damage.
* Operates a manipulator to load and unload furnace, and rotate pieces in furnaces on occasion.
* Occasionally operates a second manipulator to assists in the forging process.
* Assists in installing or changing dies and with other tooling setups. Assist with jaw changes on manipulators.
* Moves material as required for forging operations, including separating scrap, stock and finished material and delivering to appropriate area.
* Assists in handling, shaping, cutting, measuring and checking tools.
* Maintains identity of individual ingots and bloom during heating and forging cycles.
* Makes tags, and tags forgings off press ensuring proper shop order and heat numbers.
* Checks to make sure all numbers coordinate between shop orders and furnace load sheets.
* Cross trains for other positions on the forge crew by filling in and learning all jobs.
* Reports defective material, tooling and faulty equipment to the manager/supervisor. Enters RWO's in MP2 and if broke down notifies the manager/supervisor and maintenance immediately.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

ELLWOOD desires its accounting team to operate on a collegial basis under the day-to-day leadership of its CFO. The Corporate Controller should possess a good, ongoing rapport with the division controllers and have a familiarity with the divisions' operations, making routine visits to the various plants to remain currently informed.

* Provide assistance and guidance to business unit accounting staffs as needed;
* Prepare timely and accurate reporting package, including balance sheet, cash flow, income statement and ancillary schedules for management, creditors, regulatory agencies and tax authorities;
* Oversee all corporate general ledgers, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close and other financial analysis as necessary;
* Prepares various tax schedules and returns, and coordinate with internal and external tax resources to ensure all divisional and corporate tax requirements are satisfied. Ensure that tax provisions and prepayments are accurately presented;
* Oversee and coordinate external audits, working closely with external auditors to develop efficient audit plans, ensuring timely coordination of requests and resolution of audit issues;
* Collaborate with the CFO to develop, implement and maintain accounting policies and internal controls and ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded;
* Coordinate and prepare the annual budget process;
* Maintain and improve control and integrity of the ERP system;
* Provide back-up support for other accounting functions, as needed; and
* Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

* Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, with a concentration in accounting or finance;
* 8+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with increasing responsibilities;
* 3+ years supervisory experience in an accounting management function; and
* Preferred qualifications: CPA, CMA, or MBA.
