There are no pros in working for EMCOR.
The cons of working at Elmcor are many, such as limited sick time, no pension plans, no union, mandatory volunteer services. Some supervisors are verbally abusive, sadistic and violent and abusive in private, to prevent getting caught and having witnesses to testify against them.

The company must be constantly audited by city, state and federal agencies.
