Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:

Job Summary:

About the Senior Pastor
The two churches in Leota, Minnesota - Bethel Reformed Church (Reformed Church in America) and Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church (Christian Reformed Church in North America) are in the process of uniting together as a newly formed, organized church: Leota Community Church. This new congregation will be joining a neutral denomination - the Evangelical Presbyterian Church denomination. An interim pastor has been assisting the two churches in this process and will be responsible for making sure it is completed. The next pastor will not be expected to be involved in the process but rather concentrate immediately upon the ministry.
The pastor search team is looking for the person to carry out Leota Community Church's mission statement: "Uniting Together in Christ's Love to Glorify God." The people believe that a continued emphasis on unifying the two congregations today will lead to an effective community outreach and church growth for the future years.

The Senior Pastor's responsibilities include:
* Leadership
* Keep the ministry focused upon the Mission Statement.
* Support and participate in activities that promote the well-being and unity of the church body.
* Serve as president of the church board in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating the total church ministry.
* Worship/Preaching
* Prepare and deliver biblically-based sermons that inspire, challenge, and encourage the congregation to grow in their faith and relationship with God.
* Plan and lead the morning worship services in conjunction with the worship team, musicians, and others involved in service planning (note: Sunday evening worship services are also offered, but the pastor is not expected to do those services unless he desires).
* With the worship team, schedule and organize holiday and special services.
* Administer the Sacraments of the Lord's Supper & baptism.
* Pastoral Care
* Build relationships and foster a healthy community within the church.
* Coordinate with the elders to provide shepherding and pastoral care of the congregation. This will include contact and visitation for shut-ins and the sick, individual and family counseling and guidance as able and needed, and monitoring the spiritual health of the congregation.

A Brief Overview
Functions as an extension of the clinic and/or to facilitate services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. The Coordinator must be competent in the surgical technologist skills of the surgical specialty. What you will do
Prepares the operating room for surgical procedures in a timely fashion. This may include organizing equipment and needed instruments, setting up quickly and accurately for emergency cases, assuring proper and adequate equipment for all cases.
Assists the surgeon as the first or second scrub person during surgical procedures. Maintains a sterile field at all times in the procedure area. Maintains efficiency in handling surgical instruments at physician's request. Verifies specimens with surgeons and nurses.

The restorative nursing aide serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Watercraft Inspector - Murray County - Work at the lake!
Slayton, MN
The Watercraft Inspector position serves to inform and educate the public to the threats of ecologically harmful aquatic invasive species (AIS) to Minnesota's waters. Inspectors will undergo training of MN DNR protocols and perform thorough inspections on all entering or exiting watercraft at multiple lakes throughout Ramsey County. Inspectors will work at public water access sites educating the public by providing information to watercraft users and conducting a brief survey while inspecting watercraft for invasive species.

Must be available weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Duties:
Educate the public on the AIS program and current issues.
Distribute literature/pamphlets.
Inspection of watercraft for invasive species (inbound and outbound).
Conduct verbal surveys.
Documentation of inspection activities.
Maintain current knowledge of best practices while inspecting watercraft
Qualifications:
Verbal communication and customer relations experience.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a professional setting.
Willingness to work outdoors and in the various Minnesota weather conditions.
Willing to work weekends and holidays. Shifts will be primarily on Saturdays and Sundays within your availability.
Typical shifts are scheduled for 8 hours or split between two launches on the same lake for 4 hours each.
Roaming Watercraft Inspector will drive to and work on approximately eight boat launches within Murray County.
Requires walking, standing, and moving about the boat launch area to a significant degree depending on traffic.

Qualifications
Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
