RESPONSIBILITIES * Conducts pre-installation meetings * Establishes insatallation timelines * Documents customer preferences * Coordinates with installation team and ensures they are fully prepared for the installations * Coordinates with facility/operator staff and contractors * Provides required documentation to finance, development, and purchasing * Coordinates and performs training * Configuration of customer equipment both locally and remotely * Identify and correct or advise on operational issues observed during training and installation * Travel up to approximately 60% to install and train customers regarding all solutions * Other duties as assigned by the Field Services Manager * Perform occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
