Job Purpose & Responsibilities: Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for commercial display solutions. Own the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to end-of-life, including product pitches, development, and sunsetting. Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) research to identify unmet needs and uncover innovation opportunities. Develop and maintain clear, actionable product requirements based on customer feedback, use cases, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with engineering to deliver feature-rich hardware products that meet current and future market needs. Support cross-functional teams in prioritizing product escalations and enhancements. Partner with Marketing to articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions through compelling documentation and content. Support Sales by participating in customer meetings, evangelizing key use cases, and helping articulate value. Contribute to internal knowledge bases to support cross-team alignment and customer success. Clearly communicate technical concepts and product processes to audiences with varying levels of expertise. Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in product management or a combination of customer-facing and engineering experience. Prior product management experience in displays, compute peripherals, or related hardware fields.
