This was an incredibly humbling and rewarding journey. Among other things, it inspired me to start on a journey to be an entrepreneur. My worldview about the enduring impact that science and technology have on the lives of patients and their families in the most intimate way was shaped by my days at Agios. I believe the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry of the future will be dramatically different, primarily defined by their approach to large complex data that a scientist has at her disposal.
