William H. Stoller is Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Express Employment Professionals. Prior to co-founding Express, Stoller began his career with Acme Personnel Services in 1973 as a placement consultant and subsequently held positions as branch manager, group manager, district manager and regional manager for Oregon and Utah. Stoller is president of The Stoller Group, owning 27 Express offices in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. He also owns Xenium, a professional employer organization as well as the Stoller Family Estate and Chehalem Winery and Vineyard, both located in Oregon.

Nicholas joined The Reserves Network in 2003 and served as Chief Financial Officer from 2008 until recently accepting this newly created position. As Chief Growth Officer, he focuses on strategic growth of the company through acquisitions, new business services, organic growth, and developing customer and employee relations. Nicholas received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and his master’s degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. He is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). In 2010, Nicholas was nominated for Crain’s Cleveland Business CFO of the Year Award which “honors Northeast Ohio’s top financial officers for their outstanding fiscal leadership and asset management.” He is a past president of Ohio Staffing and Search Association, and current treasurer.

As CEO, Greg is responsible for leading the profitable growth of the company while maintaining the values and standard of service that have been foundational to the company’s success. Greg’s highest priority is developing leaders in the organization who share this passion, vision and commitment. Greg has held many roles at TERRA including Branch Manager, Director of IT, COO and eventually his appointment to CEO in 2010. Outside the office Greg has had a distinguished career coaching youth soccer in the Greater Puget Sound area. Many young athletes credit Greg for the success they’ve experienced in life on and off the soccer field. Among his many coaching accomplishments was leading the Washington State girls Olympic Development Team to a national championship in 2004. Greg’s talent for coaching and challenging people to develop their full potential has enabled TERRA to field a team of solid, committed staffing professionals. In 2018, Greg completed the Executive Leadership Program for Stanford University Graduate School. He likes to play and watch an exciting game of chess. For fun, Greg really just enjoys learning new things. Some of his interests over the years have included Thai cooking, photography, and magic.
