The Senior Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the development and optimization of AAA Life's acquisition email campaigns from strategy through to execution. This individual will manage the performance of our email channel and associated programs in support of AAA Life's marketing objectives. What You'll Do
Campaign Development & Execution - Partner with internal and external teams to lead all aspects of email campaign management including strategy, technical and creative development, proofing, deployment and monitoring.
Performance Analysis - Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics. Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Testing & Experimentation - Lead AAA Life's email experimentation practice across the entire lifecycle from hypothesis development to test execution and measurement. Conduct extensive testing and analysis of email marketing efforts including delivery time, creative layout, messaging, subject line testing, and segmentation performance to develop best practices for ongoing email campaigns.
Quality Assurance - Conduct quality assurance testing on email messages; ensure tracking links, images, subject lines, and segmentation links function properly; verify email renders correctly across various email clients; manage deliverability.
Strategy - Identify new programs, optimizations, and opportunities to grow the business through the development and management of new email marketing strategies. Provide consultation and recommendations to business stakeholders regarding email best practices, industry standards and regulations.
Technical Development - Partner closely with IT Development team to troubleshoot technical issues and design, build, and implement new functionality that enables continued growth of email programs. Lead the effort to expand into other one to one communication channels including SMS programs.
Qualifications

Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in digital marketing or email marketing.
Hands-on experience writing campaign workflows in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Campaign Classic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot Marketing Hub, Marketo, Zeta, Blueshift, Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

The Role
Were looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, youll support both sales and marketing efforts to help expand SubSummits sponsor and attendee network. Youll drive targeted B2B ticket sales outreach, build and execute email sequences that convert, and collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to deliver qualified meetings and measurable results.
This position is ideal for someone whos creative, organized, and energized by hitting goals someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting people and brands through impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B outreach to generate and qualify leads for ticket and sponsorship sales.
Build and manage email campaigns and automated sequences that drive engagement and booked meetings.
Collaborate with the SDR to convert marketing leads into scheduled calls and meetings.
Research and identify potential sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees aligned with SubSummits audience.
Support team initiatives by conducting research, list validation, and data organization projects.
Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records to support sales and marketing alignment.
Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, event promotions, and outreach campaigns.
Support sponsorship follow-ups, lead tracking, and post-event engagement.
Travel to support onsite sponsor and attendee engagement during SubSummit (May 1016, 2026).
What Were Looking For
13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (event or sponsorship experience a plus).
Strong communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
Proven ability to execute outbound outreach and meet goals.
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable using CRM systems, email automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
