WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING / MEDIA SPECIALIST WILL DO ONCE THEY'RE HERE Digital Marketing: Provides consultation and guidance on various areas of online marketing communications (organic and paid social media, paid media, search, web, email and other channels). Contributes to the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies, campaigns and platforms, including email marketing, search engine optimization, social media, website/landing page development, video, and other emerging technologies. Works with account teams and Digital Marketing Solutions leads to help define scope and recommended approach for digital marketing projects. Collaborates with Digital Marketing Solutions leads and cross-discipline teams to develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the digital marketing arena to meet/exceed client objectives. Identifies key digital marketing trends and insights to make business decisions. Leverages research tools and data to form strategic approaches that are driven by actionable insights. Manages and assists in analytics reporting, evaluation, and insights derived from digital marketing campaigns. Utilizes Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau in conjunction with other reporting services to track metrics and refine client strategies. Collaborates with the media team to complement online buys by providing guidance on other digital marketing tactics and overall user experience (social media advertising, search engine marketing, email). Supports team leadership in providing digital marketing support, coaching, professional development, and training to 2RM associates. Supports overall agency digital marketing efforts, including contributing to social media, blogs, and new business efforts as needed. Works with team leadership to continually assess and improve the types and levels of digital marketing services the agency provides. Completes timesheets on a daily basis. Media: Supports the Media Planner/Buyer with tactical planning and execution of paid media strategies. Helps to ensure that media plans are on strategy and align with integrated efforts across paid, owned, and earned marketing efforts. Collaborates with Media Planner/Buyer to create targeting strategies for effectively and efficiently reaching and engaging audiences. Works with account teams and other agency subject matter experts to develop measurement plans for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting based on media objectives and established KPIs. Is responsible for the presentation of media recommendations and analysis and reporting to internal/external clients. Manages or oversees all facets of plan execution, including RFPs, insertion placement, creative asset trafficking, ad serving, third-party vendor management, timelines, reporting and optimization, billing and budget reconciliation, and campaign troubleshooting for assigned accounts. Leverages data and analytics to deliver actionable insights for campaign optimization and content ideation. Evaluates trends, emerging technologies, tools, audience behavior, media usage, and content consumption to provide recommendations for how we can create new opportunities for our clients. Proactively serves as an agency resource and thought leader on all things related to paid media.
