Email marketing specialists create the basis of any digital marketing strategy. They build relationships with prospective customers, as well as keeping the existing customer base solid and engaged. If you want to be a successful email marketing specialist, you need to know everything about driving traffic and securing conversions. You need to know the ins-and-outs of creating leads, mailing lists, and email automation software. Writing emails is also a part of the job. No matter how automated your email blasts are, creating the content is still up to you. Monitoring email marketing campaigns, making sure the design of your messages are impeccably functional, building email databases, and tracking results are some of the duties email marketing specialists deal with on the day-to-day.

What general advice would you give to an Email Marketing Specialist?
