Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Marketing Manager with developing and executing marketing strategies for the division to achieve its goals including campaign generation and execution, branding, leveraging appropriate marketing channels, strategic partnerships, and more
Responsible for coordinating, reviewing and updating photography of all homes under construction and communities per brand standards
Creates home-specific digital content on company website and third-party websites for inventory homes including descriptions, graphics, showing instructions, open houses, photos, etc.
Analyze marketing metrics including ad performance, website traffic, walk-in traffic, demographics, and more with Marketing Manager and adjust accordingly based on company goals and performance
Responsible for managing signage efforts in the field to ensure communities and model homes appear consistent, accurate, and clean (snipes, lot signs, tabletops, flyers, door hours, sold stickers, etc)
Conducts regular audits of all marketing collateral (community signage, handouts, website content, videos, etc) to ensure accuracy and optimization and makes updates accordingly as needed
Acts as a liaison between the sales team, other departments in the division, and corporate marketing team to communicate relevant marketing updates and needs
Works with division departments, primarily the sales team, and corporate marketing team (graphic design and digital teams) to produce marketing materials including writing copy, determining messaging and tone, visual pieces, and more. Will be responsible for proofing any deliverables for accuracy and effectiveness prior to any advertising is made public.
Assists with the execution of new sales stores and model homes in new communities including coordinating with vendors during construction and installation, signage, technology set up, and decorating
Organizes and executes external customer-facing and agent-facing events to help generate traffic and/or other objectives; assists sales team-driven with events as needed; includes ordering catering, creating materials, providing promotional items, set up/tear down, etc
Manages inventory of stock items in the corporate office including promotional items, general office items, business cards, and campaign materials for use in the field
Assists Marketing Manager with digital marketing efforts including email marketing, paid and organic social media, managing third-party sites, search engine optimization and paid advertising, and the M/I Homes website
Assists with generating content for sales team to leverage in personal marketing efforts based on their needs (social cards, captions, email templates, flyers, realtor drops, presentations, etc)
Manages logistics of closing gifts given to homebuyers at closing including managing timing and quantities of bulk orders with local vendors, communication with courier and fulfillment vendor, and contents of gift items based on closing coordinator's schedule
