Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design weekly email campaigns and make design updates to existing email flows.
Design website assets for the homepage and various collection pages as needed to ensure consistency in e-commerce and brand look and feel.
Work with the Social Media team to ensure email, web and social communications are aligned.
Use the Klaviyo email platform and manage the email & SMS calendar including buildouts and scheduling.
Utilize platform data to identify key segments of consumers that can be re-targeted in unique ways to drive incremental revenue to the business and increase customer lifetime value.
Track email & SMS data to maximize campaign performance, aiming for engagement, conversion, revenue, and growth goals.
Stay on top of the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and best practices.
Report out on findings to the team for visibility and awareness.
Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
