Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field * 3-5 years of experience in email growth or lead generation roles * Proven track record of growing and managing large email lists * Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making * Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM systems * Excellent understanding of cross-platform growth channels and tactics * Strong project management and organizational skills * Effective communication and presentation skills, be highly organized, demonstrate consistent success, and have a 'test and learn' mentality. Desired Skills: * Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows * Knowledge of HTML and CSS for optimizing sign-up forms and landing pages * Familiarity with SEO principles for organic list growth * Understanding of user experience (UX) design for optimizing conversion paths This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance aggressive growth targets with maintaining list quality and subscriber engagement. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and passionate about building a valuable email audience. The BGMP office is located in downtown Boston, near Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and is easily accessible by MBTA and commuter rail lines.
