Job Responsibilities Support the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo or similar. Assist in building and maintaining customer segments and automated flows based on engagement, purchase behavior, and preferences. Perform A/B testing of subject lines, send times, and creative elements to improve performance.
