Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing efforts at Grown Brilliance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful email campaigns that engage our audience, drive sales, customer acquisition, retention and highlight our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across all brands under the AJS umbrella, with a focus on driving retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
Develop and execute email marketing campaign flows and lifecycle modules to promote our diamond jewelry collections, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling content that reflects our commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and female empowerment.
Segment email lists based on customer data to deliver personalized and targeted campaigns.
Manage the email campaign calendar, ensuring timely deployment and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Create and optimize email automation workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Integrate email marketing efforts with other digital channels, such as social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous enhancement of campaign performance.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in email marketing with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
Proficiency with email marketing platforms and tools, including automation and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and design
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
Experience in integrating email marketing with other digital marketing efforts
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in email marketing
Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) or similar tools, including automation and analytics

Partner with distribution and analytics teams to identify touchpoints that can re-engage dormant or low-activity relationships.
Analytics, Optimization, and Reporting
Define performance metrics (delivery, engagement, conversion, retention) and establish a reporting cadence for leadership.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, subject lines, and delivery timing.
Leverage analytics to refine segmentation, improve deliverability, and drive overall program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of email marketing experience
Demonstrated expertise in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) or a similar a similar email marketing platform.
Proven track record designing and executing segmented, automated, and data driven email campaigns.
Experience managing email operations infrastructure, including templates, workflow, and automation logic.
Strong understanding of email deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and data privacy practices.
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation tools.
Experience with analytics and reporting, including campaign performance measurement, A/B testing, and optimization.

The base salary range for this position is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. It is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
