**Job Summary**
The Corporate Director Cancer Center is responsible for the overall management, development, and operational performance of multi-disciplinary, hospital outpatient department clinics in the Medical Center. **Job Summary**
Conducts clinical speech and language pathology services including patient evaluation, interpretation of evaluation results and intervention relating to various diagnoses for pediatric, child, adult and geriatric patients. A minimum of 50 hours of continuing education must be accrued in a specialty area(s). To maintain status, SLP must attend at least one continuing education course per year in the specialty area(s)..

Five years of active licensed clinical SLP experience is required. Competent in 2-3 of the following areas: Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Videofluoroscopy, Blue Dye Swallow Evaluation. Excellent customer service skills.

The Project Manager collaborates with stakeholders on process improvement opportunities, applies Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies to evaluate processes, and develops, recommends, and supports the implementation of proposed solutions to deliver results. Duties include but are not limited to project management, data analytics and visualization, regulatory survey support, regulatory data validation, data preparation for consumer facing collaboratives, registries, and internal dashboards and reports.
